Air Bnb Bookings
“Brambles” has two bedrooms, lounge/dining area, kitchen and two bathrooms. All linen is provided, including towels & tea towels. All electricity is included in the rental charge. There are electric panels heaters in each room. There is an EV car charger point at each lodge, which will be unlocked when guests requires to use and then payment made direct to myself (Leigh).
The Lounge seats 5 people in 2 x two seater leather sofas & a comfy chair, around a log effect electric fire. There is a 50″ smart TV with DVD player and a bluetooth radio/CD player and a telephone. Free superfast fibre optic Wi-Fi access is available in Brambles. French doors open out to south facing verandah wood decking area which seats 4 people on garden furniture with parasol so you can enjoy a relaxing drink.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required to provide your own meals. There is an electric oven & hob, fridge/freezer,dishwasher, automatic washer and microwave oven. A tumble dryer is in an outside adjacent shed that also houses the charcoal BBQ, recycling bins and space for your bicycles if needed.
The King sized bedroom has ensuite shower, wc & wash basin, hairdryer & LCD 22″ TV. Bedroom 2 is a twin room with full size 3ft wide beds. All beds are fitted with duvets and electric blankets. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. The main bathroom is equipped with a full size bath with overhead shower, washbasin and toilet. There are shaver points in both bathrooms.
There is a ramped wheelchair access to dining/lounge area only.
Please do not fly any drones on lodge site due to privacy of other guests.
Please do not set any fireworks off due to livestock nearby and other guests staying with pets.

EV Charging: Electric car charging point available at each lodge, unlockable upon request and payable to Leigh.
Living Area – Kitchen/Diner and Lounge : Two 2-seater leather sofas and 1 comfy chair / 50″ smart TV and DVD player / Free superfast fibre optic Wi-Fi access / French doors opening onto a new wrap-around balcony with garden furniture.
Air conditioning unit in Lounge that works as cooling room down in summer to heating it during winter months.
Kitchen Equipment: Electric cooker / Fridge/freezer / Microwave oven / Dishwasher / Automatic washer/dryer.
Bedroom 1: King-size bed with a smart TV.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds 3ft wide singles
Bathroom: Bath and shower.
Your outdoor space

Restrictions: No flying drones on the lodge site due to the privacy of other guests. No fireworks due to nearby livestock and other guests with pets.

Boooking Conditions
Payment taken two days before arrival to check that no one has any Covid symptoms before travelling, and if so, then no monies have exchanged to make it easier for guests to cancel.
Arrival after 3pm, departure by 10am.
