Availability & Booking
Unwind with the family in our comfortable Burnside two-bedroom lodge featuring a kitchen/diner, lounge area, and one main bathroom.
Enjoy time together inside or outside in our woodlands or your private decking area.
There is an EV Electric car charging point at each lodge for guests use, which can be unlocked when requested and to be paid separately.
You’ll find games and books for all ages to enjoy tucked away in your living room surrounded by the beautiful views into the woodlands.
Well behaved dogs are welcome and we can provide sofa blankets for your furry family members too!
Lodge features
Linen: All linen provided, including towels and tea towels.
EV Charging: Electric car charging point available at each lodge, unlockable upon request and payable to Leigh.
Living Area – Kitchen/Diner and Lounge : Two 2-seater leather sofas and 1 comfy chairs / 50″ smart TV and DVD player / Free superfast fibre optic Wi-Fi access / French doors opening onto a wrap-around balcony with garden furniture.
Coal effect electric fire & an electric panel heater in lounge, electric panel heaters in both bedrooms and a heated towel rail in bathroom.
Air conditioning unit in lounge for cooling room in summer months but also heats the room in winter months.
Kitchen Equipment: Electric cooker & hob/Air fryer/toaster/kettle / Fridge/freezer / Microwave oven / Dishwasher / washing machine with built in dryer.
Bedroom 1: King-size bed with a smart TV.
Bedroom 2: Twin 3ft single beds (small bedroom), option to slide one single under the other and add a chair for more space if preferred. Cots available on request. We also offer kids bedding to make them feel more at home!
Bathroom: Bath and shower, toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail.
Your outdoor space
- Private wrap around decking area leading to woodland walks.
- Patio table and chairs outside french doors overlooking grounds.
- Shed with BBQ (charcoal, firelighters, and matches provided).
- Recycling bins.
- Storage for bicycles.
Restrictions: No flying drones on the lodge site due to the privacy of other guests. No fireworks due to nearby livestock and other guests with pets.

Booking Conditions
Deposit of £50 per week taken on booking, with balance due two weeks prior to arrival date.
Arrival after 3pm, departure by 10am.
